Who will need to be in contact with AAA Advertising Solutions? Organizations will identify a project coordinator. The role of the project coordinator is to serve as the official liaison between our company and clients. The Project Coordinator will have access to the finish proofs as well as have real-time access to the ads as they are submitted. The Project Coordinator will be our contact person when we have inquires about the publication. When and How do clients get their money from the Ads Sold online? Clients of AAA Advertising Solutions will may opt to have their funds sent periodically or at the close out of the project. Funds may be sent via wire transfer or by check. Additional Fees may apply for multiple wire transfers. Clients may request their funds at any time during the solicitation of advertisements. Why use AAA Advertising Solution's Services? How much will AAA Advertising Solution's Services cost my organization? We have a profile set up fee starting as low as $49.00. Each ad submitted through AAA Advertising Solution will be charged a processing fee which may start as low as 5 percent. Is there any up front cost to our organization? NO! There is no UP FRONT cost to your organization, once all initial set-up fees have been satisfied, AAA Advertising Solutions, Accounting Department will send a check for all funds processed from the solicitation of your ads from constituents, less the processing fee. Can our Patrons view our finished Booklet online? YES! Each of your patrons will be able to view the finished publication through our cutting edge software technology which produces an ONLINE PUBLICATION which will be uploaded to you website. The ONLINE PUBLICATION will allow users to zoom, turn pages, and down load the entire publication as a PDF File. How will our booklet be printed? Our client will have two options to get their booklet published. 1) Clients will find it will be less costly to allow AAA Advertising Solutions to also publish their booklet and ship to directly to them. Publishing with AAA Advertising Solutions is 47% cheaper than your local or online printing service. or 2) Client may opt to receive completed pages containing ads submitted through our company electronically (PDF) to be printed through their local printing company. Can our People upload pictures or Graphics for their Ads? Absolutely! This is another one of the great benefits of AAA Advertising Solutions, most people keep their photos digitally, and those that are not must be scanned and printed which deteriorates the quality. Most pictures that are printed are older and have significant value to individuals and they take a risk of not getting the photo back after giving it for the ad. With AAA Advertising Solutions, your patrons will have the options upload their photos, business cards, company logos, word file, etc. Directly into our Advanced Document System. Can we still sell ads the old fashion way? Absolutely! AAA Advertising Solutions can be used in conjunction with other solicitation methods. How will we submit other content for our Book? The project Coordinator will be responsible for submitting other content for the book through our Advanced Document System(ADS). Pages such as Covers, Table of Contents, Content for ads sold in person, and any other materials will be submit and/or uploaded prior to the deadlines. Initial Profile Setup Once an organization has acknowledged and agreed to AAA Advertising Solutions terms and agreements of service, the organization will appoint a Project Coordinator, or Person of Contact. The Project Coordinator will be given a client login which will grant them access to the Assembly Center. Once logged into the Assembly Center the Project Coordinator will complete a profile set-up survey form. This information will provide AAA Advertising Solutions' staff with information such as:

Organizations may opt to have 1) Request periodic wire transfers directly to organizations banking institution ...............$35.00 per transaction 2) Request periodic check sent to organization mailing address...........................................No Processing Fee 3) Receive one-time wire transfer or check at the close-out of the project...........................No Processing Fee Printing and Online Publishing Organizations will have several options to have their booklet printed. 1) Allow AAA Advertising Solutions to print and bound the booklet. Allowing AAA Advertising Solutions to print the publication will yield several advantages including but not limited to: Lowest Cost- In most cases our full color and perfect bound printing is 47% less than most local Black and White printing quotes when compared We only have a 25 copy minimum, and you order the amount you need. You can pick any amount you want, if you need 27 copies, we send you 27 copies, if you need 102 copies, then that is what you pay for and what you will get. 2) Receive the entire project in a electronic file (PDF) and the organization will assume printing responsibilities through a local printer.
